Ah, I understand now.
You're one of those people who doesn't believe in personal responsibility.
You refuse to blame the rapist for rape.
You blame their environment for it.
Grow up and get a clue: If someone see "rape" porn online and they try real rape, then they were unbalanced long before they saw the porn.
As for proving the person is consenting, well, l'see...
Examining the picture, we'll find that the image is nearly crystal clear. This implies a moderate-to-upper end camera, most likely of the pro-sumer range. Joey McRaperape wouldn't invest the money in such a camera, so it is most likely someone who is going to be using that investment in a way to make up the difference...some sort of job involving moving pictures...
like a porn site maybe...
Now, being a porn site, that is a lot of notoriety. The majority of the internet is porn. Anything put online is accessible. Girl was raped? She knows there is a camera there. You think there aren't people in places of policing power who keep tabs on this stuff as their job? Were this real rape, shed be avenged, he'd be in jail, his site would be shut down, likkity split.
Looking at the image again, we see a logo. Despite the mans...obnoxious expression, he leaves an easily traceable logo that would make him a sinch to pin by law enforcement were this rape real.
So, yah, I'm gonna say she is consenting because this is all too neat for it to be real.
